Why are my events not being captured?

The Plus version of Witness only allows the capture of 'Sale' events. This is both paid and free Teachable products. If this event has been disabled then no sales will be saved. If you turn on the event, it does not retroactively add missed events. 


If you have the Pro plan, you have access to many more event types. Your saved events must be over the threshold for "minimum events before show". For example, if you have enabled only 'new users', and your minimum events before show is set to 5, there will be no notification until 5 new students sign up to your school even if you have events for 'new sale' or any other event type.


Also check that events are being captured from your school by confirming the pixel is set up correctly.
