Why are my notifications not displaying?

Are you not seeing your notifications? Don't worry, it's usually an easy fix! Here are some possible reasons and quick solutions:


  • Confirm the pixel is installed
  • Check "minimum events before show" is less than total number of events.
  • Check that your events are turned on in the "Event Types" tab.
  • If you are logged in, check "show for your students" is on.
  • Check that you have a valid subscription
